All reservations are made through the booking platform, linked under each property page. We book up to 3 months in advance and open reservations on a revolving basis.
We have a 2-night minimum booking policy and a 3-night minimum on long weekends.
No. The single nights you are seeing on the calendar are vacant nights sandwiched between two other bookings. We have a two-night minimum booking policy and a three-night minimum on long weekends.
Cancellations or changes to your booking can be made through the booking platform or via email.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds will be offered for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Any guests who are prohibited from visiting us due to a mandated Government shut-down will be offered a refund.
Yes they are! Pets are subject to our pet fee of $65 per stay.
Yes, all of our properties have heating and air conditioning.
We rent our cottages all year long, so they can be enjoyed all four seasons.
No, you do not. We provide linens and towels for guest.
We do not supply firewood but it can be purchased at the local gas station or grocery store.
We have Internet access at the Brighton Cottage and the Georgian Bay Cottage. We have found it to generally be reliable for both streaming and zoom calls. The Bancroft Cottage does not have Internet access at this time.
Yes you can drink the tap water. The Georgian Bay Cottage is serviced by municipal water. The Bancroft and Brighton Cottages are both on well water, which we test annually. The water is safe to drink but has a different taste from bottled water.
