GENERAL STATEMENT

Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. cottages all have air conditioning and heat. A guide book is provided in each cottage with detailed instructions on cottage systems and activities in the area. Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. is not liable for bodily injury (including death) or damage to personal property due to exposure to inclement weather or rugged settings. Refunds will not be issued for environmental factors such as bugs, critters, wildlife or inclement weather.

USE

Guests agree to use the Property for personal vacation use only. There shall be no camping, tenting or other auxiliary accommodation on the Property without prior written authorization. No person under the age of eighteen (18) years is allowed on the Property unless such person is accompanied by a parent or guardian.

IDENTITY OF GUESTS

The number of persons present (including adults and children) overnight or during the day shall not exceed the maximum number indicated on your booking. Any additional guests, must be approved by us. Contact us through the booking platform. If a guest violates this provision, they will be deemed to have committed a breach of this Agreement and may be asked to vacate the Property (without refund).

PETS

Guests are welcome to bring one (1) pet per booking to our Pet-Friendly cottage. Pets must be indicated on the original booking and guests will be charged a pet fee of $65/per stay. Bringing a pet on the property without prior authorization and payment is considered a breach of this Agreement and guests may be asked to vacate the Property (without refund). Guests must bring extra blankets (or a pet bed) for their pet to sleep on. Pets are not allowed on our any of our furniture, including the bed. All litter must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of. Guests are liable for their pet and responsible for their pet’s safety on and off the property. All guests must be aware that pets may have occupied the cottage previous to their own stay. Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. takes no responsibility for conditions arising from allergies at any cottage. 

CLEANING

Cottages are thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. Guests agree to collect and remove their own garbage and recycling and generally leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.

LOST & FOUND

Personal items found at Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. will be stored on site for up to 14 days. It is the responsibility of the item owner to contact Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. as soon as possible to retrieve any items left or lost at the cottage. Guests who are missing items can contact us at suitedreamscottages@gmail.com.

Please be aware that Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. takes no responsibility for the care of personal items left at our cottage and is not responsible for any items mishandled, lost or damaged.

CAMP FIRES

Each cottage includes access to a fire pit and dousing bucket. It is the guest’s responsibility to practice fire safety and follow appropriate fire advisories for the area. Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. shall not be liable for any fines or charges resulting from guest activities. Guests shall be held financially responsible for any costs incurred for activities taking place over the course of their stay.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage. Guests must clean up all cigarette butts from the Property and responsibly dispose of them in the garbage.

LIABILITY

In making your booking with Suite Dreams Rentals Inc., you take full responsibility for the safety and health of any guest you bring to the cottage. Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. shall not be liable for any accident, medical incident or any direct or indirect damages caused to yourself or any visitors as consequence of use. This includes damages, insurance, loss due to fire, theft, and misconduct.

I acknowledge that emergency vehicles may not be able to access the cottage.

I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, agents, or anyone else who may claim on my behalf, hereby release and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the landowner, Suite Dreams Rentals Inc., all elected officials, officers, employees, agents, or anyone acting on behalf of the landowner or Suite Dreams Rentals Inc. from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, actions, causes of action, claims, demands, costs and expenses of every kind and nature whatsoever arising from my use of the cottage and related facilities including but not limited to liability for personal injury, sickness, disease, death, damage to property or loss of any kind and however caused, whether foreseen or unforeseen and whether arising out of or allegedly attributable to the negligence, acts, errors, omissions, misfeasance, nonfeasance, fraud or willful misconduct of the landowner and Suite Dreams Rentals Inc., all elected officials, officers, employees, agents, or anyone acting on behalf of the landowner or Suite Dreams Rentals Inc., or any of them, in connection with or in any way related my use of the cottage and related facilities.
